| Quang Tri ancient Citadel
The Citadel of Quang Tri is located about 60 km north of Hue. It was first built by clay soil in the early 19th century and later consolidated by brick in 1824 by the order of King Minh Mang. However, most of the citadel were destroyed by the war in 1972.

La Vang church, Quang Tri.
The church of Our Lady of La Vang is located in Quang Tri. It is a Roman Catholic sanctuary, commemorating a vision of the Blessed Virgin Mary that was seen there in 1798. The site has been rebuilt on several occasions and is an important site of pilgrimage for Catholics in Vietnam, as well as for the Catholic Overseas Vietnamese community.
