Vung Tau is a resort town about 80 miles from Saigon. You can reach Vung Tau from Saigon in an hour with a fast hydrofoil. You can also get there by cars (about two hours). Today, Vung Tau has many large and modern hotels on its 3 main beaches, Bai truoc, Bai Dua and Bai Sau. Bai Sau beach (Back beach) is the main beach of Vung Tau.
